The IP4GROWTH partners participated in a 3-day Study Visit at the Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute, part of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London. The objective of the visit was to introduce the partners to the fundamental aspects of intellectual property and related rights relevant to the project, in particular geographical indications and traditional knowledge. The participants were also acquainted with the entire range of IP rights, their scope and limitations, and their regulation on an international basis.
